Description
• Engage with senior leaders to align grant funding strategies • Oversee the management of complex grants and donor requirements • Supervise and mentor junior members of the grants finance team • Maintain grant information in Salesforce • Lead donor budget reports and monitor grant spending • Act as liaison between finance, field, and fundraising teams • Evaluate and enhance grant tracking systems and reporting processes
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in grants management within the development sector • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred • Expertise in financial grants management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes • Proficiency with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, for grant management and reporting • Advanced Excel skills • Proficient in analyzing complex datasets for strategic decision-making • Adept communicator, engaging stakeholders across all organizational levels • Language: English
