Description
• Draft pleadings, discovery, memoranda, motions and other legal documents • Handle litigation matters from inception through trial, including taking depositions, attending mediations and settlement negotiations • Make independent decisions and advising clients on pre-litigation and litigation matters • Work with experts • Legal research • Working with German counterparts • Other projects, as assigned
Requirements
• Motivated with the desire to achieve top level results • The ability to work well with a team as well as work well independently • Must have a minimum of 1-3 years of solid experience in litigation in State courts
