Description
• Plan, manage, and deliver sprint goals following agile scrum principles • Mentor team members on best practices • Manage risks, blockers, and tasks • Facilitate and schedule scrum events and breakouts • Provide reports on sprint cycle progress • Work closely with the Product Owner to determine sprint priorities
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, or equivalent experience in IT project management • Scrum certification • Fantastic communication and organization skills • Experience with agile project management tools, such as Azure DevOps or JIRA • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
