Description

• Seeking a customer-oriented and dedicated professional to be the first on-site CPA on our team • Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of clients • Provide appropriate tax solutions for small businesses and entrepreneurs • Conduct meetings with clients to discuss their current practices and financial needs • Review financial statements and tax return preparation • File forms, general ledger, and financial statement reviews • Develop the process for providing tax advice and tax filings for customers • Establish policies and procedures based on industry standards and regulations • Collaborate with team members to help create educational content for customers

Requirements

• CPA license required • Experience preparing and reviewing Federal and State income tax returns for businesses • Familiarity with form 1120/5472 for Non-US residents and form 1065 for partnerships • Comfortable with a startup environment • Critical thinking, reasoning, and emotional intelligence • Excellent organizational and analytical skills • Effective English communication skills, both written and oral
