Description

• Conduct user research and gather insights • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs • Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders • Maintain and evolve design systems • Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements

• Fluent in Mandarin for verbal communication (written skills not required) • Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles • Strong grasp of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy • Ability to create polished and pixel-perfect designs • Experience with user research methods, usability testing, and prototyping • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field preferred • Front-end development skills to collaborate with developers • Motion design and prototyping skills • Knowledge of accessibility standards and practices in UX/UI design
