Description
• Operational Specialist, Full-time - Participate in product operations, content operations, and user operations - Collect user feedback to suggest product iteration - Assist in coordinating and organizing project demos and technical workshops - Conduct industry and competitor research and analysis - Career orientation after one year • User Growth, Full-time - Acquire new users of the product - Build, maintain and improve the key data indicator system - Regularly conduct user surveys - Analyze the collected quantitative and qualitative data to give suggestions for optimization • Full Stack Engineer, Full-time - Undertake daily front-end + back-end requirements development - Write test cases and system documentation - Able to maintain the underlying server - Able to follow up user feedback for bug resolution • Research Engineer, Full-time/Part-time - Several roles available including Blockchain Consensus Research - Astrophysics, Planetary Science Research - Economics(Game Theory) Research - Deep understanding and interests in respective fields - Research based on topics and possibilities • Business Development Analyst, Full-time - Scale up top blockchain/ecosystem partners - Expand partnership with industry-leading enterprises - Building and maintaining long lasting business relationships with clients - Identify, negotiate and sign deals with new partners - Assist BD director to craft and implement BD strategies and agenda
Requirements
• Bachelor degree or above • Mandarin and English fluency for most positions • Desire to work in operations for a long time • Multitasking ability and excellent time management skills • Team-player with strong communication and coordination skills • Specific skills required for certain positions
