• Co-Lead a sprint pod focused on data visualization, data structures, and business intelligence. • Collaborate with product design to ensure data is visualized in actionable ways that continuously build trust and deliver value to our customers. • Run discovery and collaborate to develop product roadmaps. • Represent the customer in every decision we make. • Collaborate closely with engineering and quality assurance to prioritize features, bug fixes, and process improvements. • Write product specifications and user stories with clarity, precision, and speed. • Define product success, measure product success, and make data-informed decisions to improve products. • Learn the basics of how buildings are built (occasionally, visit construction sites, so you can understand what your data is representing).

Experience in software for the physical world (like construction) is a plus. Some experience with data science or coding is a plus. • Have a demonstrated ability to work closely with engineering, product, and design peers to define, design, ship, and iterate on high-quality products • Be a systems thinker - delivering new features while understanding their impact on the entire product as it is today and how it will be in the future. • Enjoy tackling ambiguous problems and developing elegant, simple solutions. • Entrepreneurial in spirit with a desire to work hard, operate at warp speed, and drive the pace of value delivery to its limits. • Business-minded with a history of leading the execution of software development projects that drive business results. • You dig deep to make sure we’re solving root problems and ensure we’re thinking about processes and systems in scalable and maintainable ways. • No detail is too small, you are hands-on when needed, and you have a relentless drive to fit all of the small details into the big picture. • Strong communicator across different audiences and communication styles. Able to simplify tough problems and explain them to a non-technical audience. And, document solutions in a highly technical way to technical audiences. • Comfortable getting into deep technical discussions with engineers about the pros and cons of different approaches.

Benefits

• Health benefits for this role include steel-toed boots (gotta protect that pinky toe on a construction site)!
