Description

• The job opening consists of a position as a legal expert within our Dragonfly Talent portfolio company. • The positionholder will be working with our portfolio company in order to identify opportunities within the company that interest and engage their passion for building. • The job opening is for a legal expert, and the positionholder will have in-house experience with a high-growth tech company.

Requirements

• Juris doctor from accredited law school • Member of a US state bar in good standing • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong track record of cross-functional partnership across teams (BD, Corporate Development, Finance, Product) to align on creative solutions and close deals quickly • Intrinsically motivated to learn about crypto/web3 • Intellectually curious
