Description

• Dragonfly Talent is seeking an experienced people operations expert who is interested in opportunities in crypto, but does not know where to start. The talent team will match the candidate's background, skill set, and professional interests with companies and opportunities available within their portfolio. • The companies in Dragonfly Talent's 100+ portfolio are solving a diverse set of problems and are looking to build world-class teams. Whatever skillset the candidate brings to the table, the company can connect them with an interesting project regardless of their previous level of crypto-native experience.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional people operations experience. • Demonstrated professional or tinkerer level interest in crypto. • Intrinsically motivated to learn about crypto/web3. • Outstanding communication skills. • Intellectually curious. • Interest in frontier technologies.
