Description

• Take full ownership and accountability for the regulatory product portfolio • Collaborate with the compliance team and external regulatory agencies to ensure that our solutions meet all regulatory obligations for partners worldwide • Lead the end-to-end definition, delivery and go-to-market deliverables for the initiatives you lead • Identify and deliver capabilities at scale ahead of growth plans • Streamline and automate processes to improve time to market for regulatory and business change initiatives • Apply your prior platform and process design expertise to adopt requirements across functions (trading, middle office, operations, data) • Manage third-party relationships in support of our regulatory offering, including partners, regulators, and technology vendors • Navigate big data across the platform and with our partners and deliver capabilities that focus on data normalization, accessibility, and record-keeping requirements • Identify, track, and analyze key performance metrics that illustrate the performance and effectiveness of your products • Partner with our project managers, engineering team, and other product owners to deliver best-in-class solutions

Requirements

• Product leadership skills with knowledge of US SEC and FINRA regulatory reporting regulations including, but not limited to, Consolidated Audit Trail (CAT) and SEC Rules 605 & 606 • Experience to develop and implement supervisory controls for compliance with SEC and FINRA rules and regulations, including but not limited to Regulation NMS, Regulation SHO, and Trade Reporting obligations (TRF) • Proven ability to design, implement and operate retail and/or institutional brokerage capabilities • An ability to roll up your sleeves, lead from the front and act as a ‘player/coach’ to drive change across the organization and influence key stakeholders • A comfort to navigate customer and trade lifecycle systems and workflows • An ability to oversee and communicate across a cross-functional team in a matrixed environment. • A sense to filter through ambiguity and complexity and keep the core team focused on defined priorities and workstreams. • A track record of successful engagement with external counterparts in the brokerage industry, including partners (broker-dealer, retail or institutional), regulators, exchanges, clearing firms • An embodiment of DriveWealth’s Operating Principles includes accountability, teamwork, transparency, urgency, and integrity. • FINRA Series SIE, 7 & 4 registrations, or a commitment to acquire within the first year of employment at DriveWealth (with support from your Manager) • Must be in the NY office several days per week
