Description

• The Compliance Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring that our organization operates in accordance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, compliance certifications, and industry standards. • This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to interpret and apply complex standards and regulations. • Monitor regulatory developments, changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards relevant to the organization. • Assess the impact of regulatory changes and update compliance policies and procedures accordingly. • Conduct compliance audits and assessments to evaluate adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements. • Assist in the implementation of compliance automation tools. • Prepare audit findings reports and collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement action plans for remediation. • Assist in developing and updating compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines based on regulatory requirements and best practices. • Ensure policies are communicated effectively to employees and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in compliance, risk management, audit, or related roles. • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, SOC, GDPR, ISO, AML, HIPAA). • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting. • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization. • Proficiency in Google Workspace (GSuite) and other compliance management software/tools (e.g. Vanta, Audit Board). • Proactive individual with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and extraordinary attention to detail. • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively under pressure and excellent organizational and time management skills are essential. • A critical thinker and problem solver to understand the details while also keeping overall program objectives on track. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
