Description

• Assist in developing and maintaining the Special Education Student Information System (SESIS) training strategy • Identify professional development opportunities and execute appropriate training initiatives • Help in ongoing improvement of SESIS users' skills • Determine training needs for DOE SESIS users • Interact with high-level executives, senior management, and business teams • Develop enterprise-wide training and learning strategies • Lead a team to plan, design and develop end-user training strategy • Create training videos and deliver group training sessions • Evaluate training effectiveness and make adjustments as needed • Use project management skills and Learning Management System • Work with MS Office Suite, WebEx, Adobe Suite, MS Project, JIRA, Snagit, and SharePoint

Requirements

• 84 months of experience in related roles • 24 months in a project leader capacity or as a major contributor on a complex project
