• Identify market opportunities & strategic direction • Meet with customers and validate product/feature ideas • Participate in sales alongside our sales team • Build products with our engineering team • Support current customers alongside operations team

Requirements

• Experience with early-stage startups, ideally as a founder or founding employee • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is a plus • Familiarity with the healthcare industry is a plus • Strong practical, problem-solver with the ability to execute • Relentlessness • Hands-on, get-it-done approach • Will work in person at NYC headquarters 5 days a week (we’ll happily relocate you)
