Description
• Evaluate AI-generated text for factual accuracy, relevance, functionality, potential bias, safety, and other relevant criteria • Place testing calls and evaluate quality of experience and accuracy • Collaborate with team members across departments to identify and resolve bugs or performance bottlenecks, review conversations, and conduct thorough testing of new functionalities aimed at improving the data annotation process • Thoroughly document and report any bugs, defects, or inconsistencies found
Requirements
• An ability to work quickly and accurately to hit daily targets • A positive attitude and a willingness to give and receive feedback • Excellent command of written and spoken English
