• Technical Customer Success Manager role at EliseAI • Develop deep understanding of products to bridge gap between customers and internal tech teams • Serve as product expert, guide user experience, and ensure customer satisfaction • Create and maintain lasting relationships with customers • Drive adoption of new products and features, assist with launches

Requirements

• 2+ years of technical B2B client-facing experience with SaaS product • Ability to take ownership, act on client objectives in technical environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to read and understand technical documentation and analyze data sets • Currently manage a book of business of at least $1.5M ARR • Thrive in fast-paced environment • Prioritize effectively and get things done • Willing to work in person at NYC headquarters 4-5 days a week
