Description

• Manage project end-to-end, including design, code, and feedback • Work with engineering teams on front-end and back-end technologies • Translate technical capabilities into a product manager role • Solve ambiguous problems with a collaborative team • Understand basic UI/UX and address user challenges • Work with distributed Engineering Team and remote teams • Contribute to creating intuitive and responsive Web UIs and Mobile UIs • Contribute to Empowerly APIs and manage Messaging Service • Contribute to Machine Learning workflows • Align product roadmap with company's vision

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field • Proven experience in product management • Excellent problem-solving skills and user-centric approach • Ability to work collaboratively in a distributed team environment • Strong communication skills • Comfortable working in a startup setting • Strong analytical skills • Preferred: Undergraduate or graduate degree from Top 50 institution • Preferred: Knowledge of B2C marketplaces • Preferred: Understanding of college prep, application, and admission processes
