• Lead marketing activities for 2-3 specialty and emergency hospitals. • Develop growth marketing plans mixing traditional and digital tactics. • Drive awareness of services and manage digital marketing, reputation management, and social media. • Create and maintain marketing content and materials. • Manage marketing budget and spending for all hospitals.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience • Specialty animal healthcare experience strongly preferred • 2+ years of marketing experience, including demonstrated experience creating and implementing comprehensive strategic marketing plans that mix traditional and digital marketing tactics. Demonstrated experience managing many high-priority projects (ideally for multiple brands/locations) • Experience managing multiple social media channels – content posting, channel management, content strategy, paid/organic posting, responding to reviews, and tracking reach and engagement • Understanding of key marketing analytics and demonstrated experience drawing insights from analytics • Ability to work in a matrixed structure with strong communication skills, with the ability to prioritize projects between hospitals as needed • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including strong copywriting and grammar skills and comfort with client and partner presentations • Proficient in Microsoft Office, social media and email tools, Canva and WordPress • Occasional travel required
