Description

• At Equals, we're building the only spreadsheet with built-in connections to any database, versioning, and collaboration. • You'll be joining a of team of people with 10+ years experience building software and companies in Silicon Valley. • Our founders were both executive level leaders at Intercom. • We've all felt the pain of existing spreadsheets first-hand and are highly motivated to build the next generation. • We believe in hiring experienced, high-agency individuals and giving them the space to do the best work of their careers. • Here you will find some of the toughest engineering problems available at a small startup and a team of best-in-class individuals to take on those problems. • We're looking for someone excited to tackle large, difficult, problems to improve our spreadsheet engine, building and maintaining highly performant and correct systems that power Equals. • We make plans. • We obsess about the details. • We seek out hard problems. • We believe small teams can change the world. • We work with purpose.

Requirements

• Ambitious and can lead projects with a high level of autonomy, comfortable with ambiguity. • You can break down large, and complex problems into pieces of work you can ship quickly. • You obsess about the details and quality of your work, deeply understanding the problem and context of the system. • 10+ years of senior-level experience building high quality web apps.
