• Assist in overseeing and coordinating all aspects of construction projects. • Assist in maintaining an open line of communication among field crew, general contractor, and the main office. • Manage project documentation and progress tracking. • Identify and address project issues promptly.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred. • 1-4 years of experience in construction project management, Project Engineering or a similar role. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. • Proficiency in project management software (MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite • Experience with any Construction Software like AutoCad, and BlueBeam (Desired) • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings (Desired) • Experience with concrete foundation construction projects is a plus (Desired)
