Description

• Conduct in-depth analysis of business metrics, trends, and performance indicators to identify opportunities for optimization and growth. • Utilize Google Analytics and other data analytics tools to gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources. • Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate key insights and findings to stakeholders. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into data-driven solutions. • Assist with the creation of presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders, including executives and clients. • Perform ad-hoc analysis as needed to support strategic initiatives and decision-making processes. • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analysis and visualization.

Requirements

• Proven experience working as a data analyst or in a similar role. • Must have prior experience in a digital marketing or advertising agency environment. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive meaningful insights from complex datasets. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present findings and recommendations to stakeholders of all levels. • Experience in data visualization and creating compelling narratives with data. • Proficiency in Google Analytics and other data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL) would be preferred but not required. • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and precision. • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and challenges. • Quick learner and the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects • Very organized and keen attention to detail • Out-of-the-box thinker with a problem-solving / consultative approach • Must be proficient with Excel (Google Sheets) and PowerPoint (Google Slides)
