• Overseeing a team of Machine Learning Engineers that are training and deploying highly scalable ML models • Requires strong ML technical expertise, leadership skills, and collaboration across teams
• 5-8+ years of experience, with at least 2 years managing a machine learning focused team of 5+ engineers • Technical expertise training and deploying highly scalable ML models • Strong understanding of data science and statistics • Proven track record of successfully translating client business problems into ML problems • Proven track record of successfully implementing new technologies within organizations • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
