• Develop the organization’s people strategy and goals covering workforce planning, talent management and succession planning • Manage all aspects of Human Resources across the employee lifecycle including employer branding, sourcing, hiring, onboarding, engagement, performance management, offboarding • Oversee recruitment efforts to attract, hire, and retain top talent • Champion and foster company values and culture ensuring a positive and productive work environment • Oversee annual performance appraisal process • Define compensation structures and benefit programs to ensure competitive offerings • Ensure compliance with all local, state, federal and international employment laws • Implement internal training programs that help employees develop skills and grow within the company • Support organizational change efforts as Fabric grows • Leverage HR software and data analytics to improve efficiency
• 10+ years of experience within HR/People Operations • 5+ years of recent HR/People Operations leadership experience • At least 3+ years of experience in building and leading tech-centric companies in high-growth mode, ideally within the healthcare tech space • Success in building and scaling HR functions • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field • Advanced degrees in HR certifications (SHRM-SCP, SPHR) are highly desirable
