• Your expertise in financial management will directly impact the Swap Dealer’s ability to navigate cryptocurrency markets, optimize financial performance, and maintain a trusted reputation. • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the Swap Dealer's goals and objectives. • Oversee the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. • Manage the firm's liquidity to ensure sufficient funds for operational needs and strategic initiatives. • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards. • Evaluate investment opportunities and provide recommendations based on financial analysis and market conditions. • Work closely with business units to support new product development and other strategic initiatives. • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging financial practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field required; master's degree or relevant certifications, strong preference for licensed CPA, CFA, etc. • 10+ years in financial management from a CFTC or FCM regulated entity, prior experience in a Swap Dealer firm is highly preferred • Proven track record in developing and implementing financial strategies, managing budgets, and optimizing financial performance, experience with financial reporting and analysis is essential • Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and experience in managing relationships with regulators is a must-have • Can comprehend complex financial situations, identify improvements, and develop effective financial plans, strong attention to detail and critical thinking under pressure • Exemplary verbal and written communication, able to present financial information to senior management and external stakeholders, proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams • Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel, ERP systems, and financial modeling software • Prior cryptocurrency experience is not required; however, a general curiosity and desire to learn are a must
