• Design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for all children on your caseload. • Administer and write up occupational therapy evaluations. • Ongoing communication with lead supervisors & coordinators, specifically related to case management. • Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals • Maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs. • Create and maintain schedules with assigned individual families/school personnel. • Collect data on each IFSP/IEP goal and report on progress quarterly. • Provide input and attend/teleconference initial CPSE/CSE meetings and/or annual reviews.
• Graduate from an accredited university with a degree in Occupational Therapy • Current New York State Occupational Therapy License • Bilingual is a plus
