• Develop and execute effective organic social media strategies for clients across various platforms and industries. Collaborate with creative services team on content development. • Work closely with the client service team to understand clients' needs and provide guidance on tailored strategies. • Collaborate with paid media team to design and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns. • Provide guidance on creating high-quality content and maintain content calendars for clients. • Utilize analytics tools to track social media performance and provide insights to clients and internal team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. • 4-6 years of experience in social media management for B2B and B2C clients. • Proficiency in social media advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Experience working with various industries and adaptable to different client needs. • Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools. • Strong project management and multitasking abilities. • Knowledge of SEO and its relationship to social media. • Strong familiarity with social media platforms and willingness to learn new technologies and processes. • Strong written and verbal skills, confident in client interactions. • Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics and Social Ad Platforms.
