Description
• Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy, aligning with the overall business plan and growth objectives. • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support decision-making. • Oversee cash flow management, ensuring operational liquidity and financial health. • Manage financial reporting, compliance, and risk management operations. • Lead, develop, and mentor the finance team. • Cultivate and maintain relationships with financial institutions, investors, and partners. • Implement best practices in financial management and technological advancements. • Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or relevant professional certification preferred. • Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management and accounting, with 5 years in a leadership role. • Demonstrated experience in financial strategy, planning, and execution in a manufacturing or production environment. • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent leadership and communication skills. • Proficiency in financial software and systems. • Knowledge of federal, state, and local financial regulations.
