Description
• Design and surface metrics to guide decision making related to AI at Figma • Develop best practices and frameworks around measuring impact for AI features • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering throughout the lifecycle of AI models from data collection to model deployment • Drive democratization of data through creation of new datasets and tooling • Generate ideas to creatively leverage data for shaping future product roadmaps • Establish partnerships with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, Research, Design, Sales, and Marketing
Requirements
• 5+ years relevant work experience in Analytics, Data Science or Software Engineering • Proven track record providing thought leadership to your organization across multiple teams or large surface area • 1+ years experience developing classical ML models • Fluency in SQL • Proficient programming skills in Python, R, or a similar scripting language • Experience in distributed data processing systems and framework (Hive, Redshift, Presto, Snowflake, Spark, etc) • Firm knowledge around statistical methods and experiment design • Excellent technical communication and relationship-building skills • A growth mindset and experience investing in the learning, development, belonging, and impact of your peers
