Requirements
• 5+ years of design management experience • Experience (or at least clear interest) in working on admin or billing related features • Examples of partnering with internal teams to solve a complex business problem • Proven track record as a craftsperson and ability to teach others • Hands on experience with Figma, common design tooling practices, and coaching people
