Description
• Build and maintain a strong understanding of the data needs across the company • Define a vision for core data systems, such as Figma’s data catalog, to enable key stakeholders to understand and use data at scale • Partner with cross-functional partners across engineering, data science, research, and product • Partner with engineering to set strategy and priorities for teams and projects
Requirements
• 4+ years in a technical product management role • Experience driving product for developer experiences, tools, workflows, and/or infrastructure • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive complex projects • Proven track record of implementing the full lifecycle of ML model development and deployment • Experience in data warehousing/lakehousing (eg. Snowflake, BigQuery, Iceberg), data job orchestration (eg. Dagster, Airflow), batch and stream processing systems (eg. Kafka, Spark, Flink), data cataloging, discoverability, and life-cycle management, data science models, integrations or data pipeline development (DBT, Fivetran, AirByte)
