• Design and execute enablement programs for Americas Sales Team • Deliver live and virtual onboarding and training programs • Maintain a sales training curriculum • Attend customer meetings to improve training programs • Cultivate a strong relationship of trust with Sales team and Leaders • Contribute to the evolution of Figma's selling motions
• 4+ years in a training, sales, teaching or related field • 2+ years in a sales enablement role • Proven ability to adapt on the fly • Experience presenting day-long or multi-day trainings to groups of 10+ learners • Deep understanding of sales methodologies such as Command of the Message and MEDDICC • Experience using conversation intelligence tools like Chorus, Gong • Experience working cross-functionally with experts from Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Product • Demonstrated ability to design and implement new selling motions for a complex technology company
