Description
• Lead the development and launch of new features and products, from ideation through to shipping • Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, content marketers, designers, and researchers to define and execute on the product roadmap • Engage in brainstorming sessions and technical discussions that influence the direction of our strategy • Contribute to and drive the technical vision for our next generation of products and frameworks, working in a dynamic environment where iteration and candid feedback are essential • Participate in all stages of development, including engineering and design crits, code reviews, and user testing, to ensure we build something that truly delights our users • Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in programming languages (Typescript/Javascript, React, C++, Python, Java, Objective-C, Go, or Rust) • Proven track record of shipping user-facing features or products that have made significant impact • Ability to independently collaborate across functions, including PM, design, marketing, and other engineering teams • Experience with the full development lifecycle, from concept to launch, including go-to-market strategies • A passion for mentoring and elevating the technical skills of your peers • Experience working with complex data models and applications that require dynamic, user-facing content delivery at scale • Experience leading development on large-scale web applications or native applications • Familiarity with product design and the user research process
