Description
• The Director of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing Figment’s marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and channel partner activation • This individual will lead a team, manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, and collaborate across the company to drive Figment’s business objectives
Requirements
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role in the blockchain sector • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns • Strong understanding of blockchain technology, staking, and the broader cryptocurrency ecosystem • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.)
