Description

• Legal researcher investigates rulesets in courts to provide deadlines in Timely’s calculator. • Establish processes & best practices for scaling Timely research and supervise team members. • Maintain currency by monitoring alerts for changes and periodic reviews of rule changes. • Work with sales and meet customers with in-depth questions about legal research. • Support product implementations by onboarding new customers and producing training content. • Field inbound emails from customers and drive issues to resolution. • Support product development by detailing feature requests and testing changes.

Requirements

• Paralegal certificate and/or a four-year undergraduate degree required • 5+ years of relevant litigation experience preferred • Experience with legal research preferred • Experience with case management systems preferred • Highly organized with an inclination for recording information and tasks asynchronously • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ethics and integrity
