Description
• Join Finley as the first Marketing hire • Produce 8-10 high-quality pieces of content each month, including blog posts and case studies • Work with Business, Product and Engineering teams to identify content gaps and opportunities • Become an expert on structured finance and legacy technology • Develop a content strategy backed by data and business value • Design and monitor content KPIs over time • Help grow the Finley marketing team by interviewing candidates and mentoring new team members • Collaborate with teams across the company and challenge others without ego • Build a team of marketing professionals at Finley
Requirements
• BA/BS (or MA/MS/JD/MBA/PhD) or equivalent experience • Exceptional writing, editing, and content strategy ability • Background in technology or finance • Demonstrated communication and collaboration skills
