Description

• Recruit, develop, and inspire a world-class customer success team aligned with FloQast’s mission and values. • Add an executive presence to meetings. You are not afraid to get your hands dirty to grow and save customers. • Develop and implement scalable strategies to deliver exceptional customer experiences across diverse customer segments and geographies. • Design and implement seamless customer journeys, leveraging data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement. • Cultivate a culture of customer advocacy and create a robust referenceable customer base one success at a time. • Partner closely with sales, marketing, product, and support teams to ensure alignment and optimize the customer experience. • Leverage customer data and metrics to measure performance, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions. • Manage the team to clear, metric-driven quarterly deliverables that showcase customer growth, trends, retention, and product/industry maturity.

Requirements

• Proven ability to inspire and motivate teams, build a strong customer-centric culture, and drive results. • Demonstrated success in building deep customer relationships and delivering value-driven solutions. • Strong understanding of the accounting and finance industry, with a preference for experience working with CFOs, controllers, and CAOs. • Ability to develop and execute a comprehensive customer success strategy aligned with business objectives. • Experience in implementing efficient processes and leveraging technology to optimize customer operations. • Proficiency in using data to measure performance, identify trends, and inform decision-making. • You have built successful strategies based on multi-segment, multi-product, multi-region. • 6+ years as a Director or VP of Customer Success, in growing global SaaS organizations serving both Mid-market and Enterprise customers at scale.
