• Lead financial due diligence for potential acquisitions or partnerships, assessing financial viability and synergy potential. Drive post-M&A integration efforts to achieve seamless financial and operational alignment. • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax requirements. Stay informed about industry trends and changes in financial regulations, adapting the company's financial strategies accordingly. • Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of collaboration, data transparency, professional development, and continuous improvement. Provide guidance and support to cross-functional teams on financial matters, fostering a strong sense of financial literacy across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred. • Proven track record of success as a CFO in high-growth PLG or SaaS company, with experience in Series B or later funding stages, is required. • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, subscription-based revenue recognition, and recurring revenue streams. • Experience with GTM finance and management • Exceptional financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting skills. • Demonstrated ability to drive strategic financial initiatives and contribute to overall business strategy. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to diverse audiences. • Prior experience with investor relations and fundraising required. • Proficiency in financial software and systems, as well as advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
