Description

• Drive significant member impact and business success through software solutions • Oversee product development process to deliver value and expand impact • Conduct market research and competitive analysis for innovation • Manage WLC content and marketing from initiation to completion • Collaborate with multiple teams for holistic product development • Lead product vision and strategy in alignment with business goals • Launch WLC 2.0 and coordinate cross-functional efforts successfully • Develop and manage product roadmap for innovation and competitiveness • Facilitate client discovery for understanding user needs • Maintain an innovation pipeline for evolving products

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of product management experience • Experience with market research and content marketing for revenue growth • Proven ability to rejuvenate legacy systems • Strong quantitative background for data-informed decision making • Exceptional communication skills • A solid grasp of Agile methodologies • Deeply empathetic toward users with UX/UI design knowledge • Proficiency in collaborating with remote teams • Four-year technical or business degree or equivalent experience • Experience with subscription-based business and membership programs • Proven track record in building and scaling online communities • Familiarity with wellness, health, or nutrition-related products
