Description
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of software solutions using AI and LLM technologies in drug development • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate on product features • Ensure scalability, security, and performance of software systems • Rapidly develop proofs-of-concept to test new ideas and hypotheses • Stay updated on emerging trends in AI and LLMs • Act as an internal evangelist for AI and LLM usage
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience • Minimum of 5 years of software development experience • Proven track record of launching and scaling innovative products • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills • Experience with AI technologies, particularly LLMs and machine learning • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and modern software deployment • Experience in pharmaceutical or biotech industry is a plus
