Description

• Provide architectural guidance and ensure that solutions align with the overall technical architecture and business goals. • Take ownership of code quality by enforcing best practices, conducting code reviews, and ensuring adherence to coding standards. • Stay abreast of emerging technologies, evaluate their applicability to the project, and make recommendations for adoption or improvement. • Lead efforts to troubleshoot complex technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions. • Proactively address scalability and performance concerns by optimizing code, infrastructure, and system design. • Champion security best practices and ensure that applications and systems adhere to security standards and protocols.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field • 7+ years experience with in modern, cloud-based, open-source web application development • 2+ years in startup environments building B2B/B2C web applications • Architect and implement high-quality backend systems using C#, .NET, and Azure technologies. • Ensure the creation of reliable and secure API interfaces. • Proficiency in C# and the Azure platform backend: Azure DevOps, CosmosDB, .NET & .NET Core, Serverless, SQL Server, T-SQL, stored procedures. • Experience with modern, scalable, web-app patterns, principles, and open-source frameworks. • Ability to work with modern web app React front-end development. • Confidence in designing and using REST APIs. • Familiarity with MediatR SDK or CQRS/Mediator patterns. • Understanding of CI/CD principles and the importance of automated testing.
