Description
• The Restructuring Paralegal is a key member of the team. • Working directly with partners and associates to provide restructuring legal assistant services. • Emphasize on chapter 11 court proceedings. • Represents a broad spectrum of clients in formal court proceedings.
Requirements
• 5+ years restructuring and/or litigation paralegal experience within a large law firm. • Knowledge of PACER and use of ECF in the Southern District of New York. • Proficient in bluebooking. • Knowledge of Lexis Advance and Westlaw. • Knowledge of MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. • Attentive to detail. • Strong oral and written communication skills. • Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously and effectively prioritize tasks. • Flexibility to work beyond standard work hours and travel as needed.
