Description

• Be the ultimate product expert and go-to person for detailed instructions • Collaborate with Enablement, Education, Product Marketing, and Product Management teams to generate scalable materials and courses • Find creative workarounds and alternative uses for Frontify to improve customer value • Know the tools our customers use and advise on using Frontify with these tools

Requirements

• Able to work remotely from anywhere in New York or within commuting distance of New York • Around 2+ years of experience in a sales or customer success role – ideally in the SaaS world • Love working with people – previous commercial experience is required • Quick study with experience in quickly onboarding to new platforms/technical concepts and successfully becoming a product expert in a short time • Enjoy taking on design and creative challenges – experience with visual and layout tools is a plus • Always have an eye on the big picture of the business without losing sight of the smaller details • Ability to absorb technical concepts with ease • Never settle for the status quo, always looking to optimize and enhance efforts and processes • Learn new tools/programs with ease and communicate the value they provide • Speak English fluently
