Description

• Work with senior members of the team and users to analyze business requirements, translating those requirements into customized solutions using the Pega 8 platform. • Implement Pega solutions that adhere to platform best practices. • Assist the Lead Pega Developer with development work streams, from design through testing and deployment. • Responsible for coding and unit testing using Pega OOTB features based on the design provided by the Lead Pega Developer. • Maintain effective client relations and rapport. • Deliver timely and relevant information and report project risks. • Assist client teams in supporting the live application and perform handoff and knowledge transfer activities.

Requirements

• Security-cleared Professional: Active Secret security clearance • Eager career starter • Education: Bachelor’s degree - Mid-level: 5+ years experience - Senior level: 8+ years experience - Master level: 10+ years experience • Knowledge in design, architecture, development, and administration • Technical skills: monitoring systems, installing software, configuring operating systems, providing technical direction, implementing security systems, writing custom scripts, creating automated solutions, evaluating hardware and software, resolving network problems • Preferred Certifications: CSA (Certified System Architect), CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) • Preferred Skills: Pega 8 experience, previous Consulting or client service delivery experience, specialization in functional area or industry domain expertise • Work Location: Clarksburg, WV (100% Remote)
