Description
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, well-abstracted, and robust APIs, libraries, and services. • Integrate blockchain and staking functionality into our custody platforms. • Manage, mentor, and grow a team of skilled software engineers. • Ensure high-quality code through best practices, code reviews, and automated testing. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. • Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits. • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs. • Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • 10+ years of software engineering experience, with a focus on Java development. • Extensive experience with SQL and database management. • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (k8s) and Docker for containerization. • Strong understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency, including staking mechanisms. • Proven track record of designing and building scalable, high-performance systems and APIs. • Experience in leading and mentoring a team of engineers. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically. • Excellent communication and leadership skills. • Familiarity with agile development methodologies. • Prior experience in the fintech or financial services industry. • Experience with Staking and Custody in Blockchain technologies.
