Description

• Responsible for managing and supporting client accounts for satisfaction and retention. • Serve as primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues. • Support new client implementations requiring project management expertise. • Oversee project management for new client implementations from start to finish. • Maintain project plans, ensuring tasks are completed within defined timelines. • Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation. • Document client requirements and communicate the value of solutions. • Address client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and deliver timely updates. • Maintain records of client interactions using CRM software. • Proactively identify trends to mitigate risks impacting client satisfaction. • Monitor service performance metrics to maintain service quality. • Provide in-depth assistance to clients and ongoing training.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in a client services and/or implementation role within health insurance or employer health benefits industry • Familiarity with project management tools like Zendesk, Salesforce, Slack, G Suite, Asana, Smartsheet • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving client issues • Ability to manage multiple projects to achieve results against tight deadlines • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Outstanding ability to efficiently organize and manage tasks, projects, and workflows • Knowledge of medical claims processing and/or EDI is a plus • Willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and ensure company success • Experience in a rapidly evolving startup environment • Desire to improve the U.S. healthcare system
