Description
• Responsible for leading programs for LGBTQ community members 18 years of age • Oversee Case Management, Economic Initiatives, Health Insurance Navigation, HIV and Sexual Health Services, and Social Support Groups • Ensure compliance with contracts from federal, state, city, and private foundations
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related human services or equivalent professional experience • Master’s degree, a plus • 5 to 7 years of experience in leading multiple programs • Bilingual or multilingual preferred (Spanish, Bengali, Russian, and/or French-Creole) • Strong experience in program development and management
