Description
• Develop and implement substance use screenings and interventions for youth • Increase access to services and decrease health disparities • Coordinate referrals to substance use services • Attend events to educate community on substance use and suicide risk • Document screenings in Salesforce database and reporting systems
Requirements
• LMSW/LMHC/MHC-LP/LCSW or CASAC/CASAC-T required • One to three years minimum clinical experience • Focus on youth and young adult populations is a plus • Bilingual or multilingual is a plus; Language preferences: Spanish, Bengali, Russian, and/or French-Creole • Knowledge of behavioral health resources in NYC area and treatment regulations • Understanding of issues and needs of LGBT youth and families • Strong commitment to social justice
