Description

• As an engineer on our frontend web team, you’ll architect and solve complex problems that will directly influence the direction of the credit card space. • There's a wide range of challenges to tackle – from ensuring the secure handling of millions of dollars worth of customer transactions, to developing innovative new credit card features, to optimizing our API response times to enhance the customer experience. • We have a strong culture of code reviews, and a focus on security, with the end goal of writing and shipping high-quality code by getting things right the first time. • As we scale and grow our business, we are committed to building the best credit card products in the industry.

Requirements

• At least 1+ years of software engineering experience. • Advanced proficiency in at least one language. We mostly use React and Typescript on the frontend – it’s great if you’re comfortable in those or if you’re willing to learn. • The ability to work closely across teams and manage dependencies. • A customer and product-focused mindset, with the ability to make well-reasoned tradeoffs between speed and quality. • The ability to adapt and handle multiple competing priorities in collaboration with peers.
