Description

• Responsible for managing Licensed Sports from new development through pre-production based on customer’s expectations • Manages development decisions in collaboration with Design and Sourcing • Daily communication with factories, suppliers and cross functional teams to resolve issues affecting deliveries • Ensures all hanging/packaged garments are visually and technically accurate

Requirements

• College Degree or equivalent work experience • 2-5 year experience in Product Development, with some Apparel merchandising preferred • Experience working with children’s apparel • Familiar with technical textile manufacturing (embroidery/applique, screen prints, textile fabric printing) • Knowledge of garment construction and fabrics • Strong color/design sense • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Design programs • Good verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational, attention to detail and follow-up skills • Strong business acumen with creative insights
