Description

• Assist in the execution of Luna's clinical intervention programs, ensuring they meet health plan requirements and patient needs. • Provide support in the implementation of the Remote Therapeutic Monitoring Program to enhance patient care and adherence. • Work with health plans, ACOs, MSOs, and other value-based care providers to align program goals with broader healthcare objectives. • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across Luna, including Clinical, Operations, and Engineering, to support program initiatives. • Help ensure programs adhere to regulatory standards and demonstrate high quality, as evidenced by patient satisfaction and adherence rates. • Assist in maintaining regulatory compliance and minimizing risks. • Monitor and assist in analyzing program data to assess effectiveness, make informed decisions, and report outcomes to stakeholders under the direction of the Senior Manager. • Identify areas for improvement and continuous enhancements in program processes and outcomes. • Support the development and implementation of remote therapeutic monitoring programs, including the creation of processes, protocols, and workflows. • Help design and execute initiatives to optimize patient outcomes, engagement, and healthcare delivery using remote monitoring technologies.

Requirements

• Experience in both clinical and non-clinical roles is preferred • Strong organizational and communication skills • Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment • Basic knowledge of remote monitoring technologies and their application in clinical settings • Willingness to learn and adapt in a rapidly changing healthcare environment • Experience working with electronic health records (EHR) and healthcare data management systems. • Knowledge of relevant regulatory guidelines and standards, such as HIPAA and CMS. • Must be able to cover Central Time hours (CST)
