Description

• Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities • Collaborate with the Marketing, Product, and Data teams to design and execute effective growth campaigns • Utilize data analytics and consumer insights to inform decision-making and optimize growth strategies • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives • Lead the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive user growth • Develop and implement strategies to improve user retention and engagement • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and expansion strategies

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, consumer marketing, or a related role within the tech industry, preferably in the delivery tech ecosystem • Proven track record of driving significant user growth and engagement • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions • Excellent leadership and team management skills • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving • Familiarity with digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field preferred
